Lecture on Gestalt Psychology. 01.10.2026 We continue our series of meetings; this time we'll talk about what the Gestalt approach is, how it works, and what its main principles are. We'll explore: — what Gestalt is; — figure and ground; — how we notice our needs; — how attention, feelings, and actions come together into a single process. The meeting is suitable for those who haven't encountered Gestalt psychology before. It's an opportunity to get a glimpse of how Gestalt therapist training is structured: there will be both a theoretical part and practice.
