The Asia-Pacific Software Engineering Conference (APSEC) 2026 will take place from December 7–10, 2026, at the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. It focuses on research and applied approaches to software development. The program features research papers, industry case studies, tool demonstrations, tutorials, and workshops. There will also be a poster session, a doctoral symposium, and a student forum. The format will appeal to developers, researchers, and engineering students. The early-bird Conference Only rate, which includes the banquet, is 700 USD for professionals without IEEE membership and 550 USD for students. For IEEE members, it is 600 and 450 USD respectively. The full pass with tutorials and workshops at the early-bird rate costs 800 USD for professionals and 650 USD for students without IEEE membership; for IEEE members, it is 700 and 550 USD. Workshops on December 7 require separate registration: 200 USD for professionals and 150 USD for students. Early-bird rates are available until October 22, per the organizer's stated AoE deadline; after that, conference participation fees increase. The registration form is not yet open.
