Since 2021, YUKI has been actively growing in Bali, offering a modern take on traditional Japanese izakaya cuisine — classic techniques here are combined with fresh local produce and Balinese flavors. Special attention is paid to fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients. The YUKI team works with local fishermen to serve seafood straight from the boat. The special menu for the evening features YUKI's signature dishes:🍣 Tuna Tartare🌮 Nori Ahi Taco🦪 Hokkaido Scallop🥪 Steak Sando🐟 Pan Seared Sea Bassand other dishes.
