Contemporary dance class in Da Nang! We will work with trust, gravity, and weight. Gravity inexorably pulls us down, yet we stand upright. How does gravity change the body's position, and what happens if we start shifting weight and trusting inertia and the body? We will explore the body's possibilities, trusting it, the space, and ourselves! For whom: for beginner and professional dancers ➡️ my classes are aimed at understanding the body, where movement began, which parts of the body it passes through, and where it ends. The laboratory format means that each person will work based on your bodily experience. Such explorations help to understand more deeply how your body is capable of moving in general. Choreographer: Rodion Uvarov - choreographer, director of the author's choreography ensemble "ARU," graduate of SOUKI, SGIK, and Olga Tsvetkova's New Academy of Contemporary Dance. 🗓️ October 24 ⏰12:00-14:00 📍JK Dance & coffee 🎟️Price: 1500 RUB / 450,000 VND To sign up: @rodionuvarov #Date: 24.10
