KE' Primary School of Ekali, Limassol, CyprusWeekly Qigong & Taijiquan classes in Limassol, part of the Limassol Municipality Open School programme. The course runs from 6 October 2026 to 1 June 2027. No previous experience is required. Experiential classes combining gentle movement, breathing, awareness and inner balance, with practices inspired by the Wudang Five Animals: Turtle, Dragon, Crane, Tiger and Snake. Through mindful movement and breathing, participants cultivate vitality, stability, flow, body awareness and a deeper relationship between body, mind and nature.
