ART OF CONTACT Nha Trang | Sunday, November 1 | 12:00–15:00 A practice of returning to yourself through the body, breath, and interaction with others. Sometimes we get so used to living in our heads, controlling everything around us, and rushing that we stop noticing our own sensations. This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, release accumulated tension, and restore contact with your body and feelings. Facilitator: Sergey Kushnik @qshnik — certified international-level practitioner. What will be at the practice: ◦ Contact with yourself — attention to bodily sensations, breath, and inner state. ◦ Relaxation and freedom — gentle exploration of movement, sensitivity, and ways to release tension. ◦ Live interaction — practices in pairs and in the group, where you can explore contact, trust, and personal boundaries. ◦ Presence in the moment — an opportunity to step out of the usual flow of thoughts and be here and now. Price: 300,000 VND Registration is required, number of places is limited: @pureTantra #date: 01.11 Post by: Maria
