The Ubud Writers & Readers Festival 2026 will take place in Ubud from October 21-25. This is the 23rd edition of one of Bali's leading literary and cultural festivals: organizers announce over 100 meetings, panels, readings, and conversations with authors. The theme of the 2026 edition is Samarasā: Awareness. Empathy. Action. The program includes keynote discussions, readings, meet-the-author sessions, a school program, and accompanying formats.
