🎭 Acting Workshop in Nha Trang Friends, I'm launching a new acting workshop in Nha Trang — a space where you can not only get acquainted with the art of acting, but also open yourself up to this world, feel lightness, and find new keys to inspiration. Acting is not just about the stage. It's an opportunity to let go of control, step out of your usual role, and allow yourself to be real. At the workshop we will work with: ✨ Psychophysics — body, attention, energy, and awareness. ✨ Emotional freedom — learning to feel and freely express your emotions. ✨ Unwinding — releasing inner tensions and becoming freer in expressing yourself. ✨ Improvisation — developing imagination, spontaneity, and creativity. ✨ Fear of the audience — learning to calmly be in the spotlight and interact with others. 🌿 Here you can laugh, make mistakes, try new things, be different — and gradually find your own freedom.
