THE TANTRA OF LIFE. THE TASTE OF PLEASURE November 1 · Changu · 12:00-15:00 Pleasure can stir up unexpectedly many feelings. Shame for your desire. Guilt for feeling good. Fear of opening up, losing control, becoming attached. And then we ourselves interrupt what we wanted so much. We will devote three hours to exploring this boundary: where I allow myself to feel, and where I already stop myself. What I accept in myself easily, and what I still try to hide or fix. How my capacity for pleasure is connected to my readiness to meet my own pain. What we will do: ▪ We'll begin with a meditation to awaken sexual energy and kundalini. Through breath, movement, and attention to the body, we'll explore fear, shame, guilt, and self-rejection. Noticing how we hold back our desires and what happens when we allow ourselves to acknowledge them. ▪ We'll move on to exploring pleasure. How you feel it, how you receive it, at what moment you stop yourself. We'll try to stay in a pleasant sensation without rushing to intensify it, hold onto it, or earn it. ▪ We'll turn to our pain and its nature. We'll try to distinguish the experience itself from what expectations, resistance, and inner judgment add to it. To see what we usually want to hide even from ourselves, without demanding to immediately fix ourselves. ▪ To close, we'll direct the energy of pleasure toward realizing our goal. We'll connect the bodily sensation of "I want" with the clarity of "what I choose to do." We'll find in our own desire the strength for a concrete step. What the practice can offer: ▪ A deeper sensing of yourself - noticing your sensations, emotions, and needs. ▪ More understanding of your desires - distinguishing what you want from what you agree to out of habit. ▪ A clearer sense of your boundaries - feeling your "yes" and "no" and speaking about them with more confidence. ▪ More self-expression - voicing desires, talking about what matters, allowing yourself to be seen. ▪ More acceptance of your body, feelings, and reactions - less shame and self-judgment. ▪ Less control, anxiety, and tens
