TANTRA SEVEN FLAVORS OF LIFE You can earn confidently and completely lose yourself in intimacy. Care for others, but struggle to accept care. Know what you want, and every time find a reason to postpone. In some areas we are free, in others we seem to hold ourselves back. This Saturday I invite you to an open tantra class - to meet me, my approach, and explore the seven chakras through your own sensations. In tantric practice, the chakras are connected to different aspects of our experience: grounding, pleasure, the power to act, love, voice, clarity, and the feeling of connection with life. Through this map we will explore how freely we express ourselves in each of these themes. We will go through all seven centers with the help of movement, breath, sound, and tantric meditations. We will observe where it is easy to feel and engage, where tension appears, where we want to hold our breath, stop the movement, or make ourselves less noticeable. It is through such reactions that we can get to know ourselves better and what we call the flow of energy in practice. Where do I lack grounding right now? Do I allow myself pleasure? Do I have the strength to act? Can I accept love and speak about what matters to me? This is an introductory meeting before a course of four sessions. An opportunity to try the practice, meet me, and understand whether you want to continue this exploration. I am Elena, spiritual name Pragya Devi. I teach kundalini yoga, tantra, breathwork and body practices, lead gong meditations, and am an ICF-certified coach. I have been working with people for over 25 years.
